Installation Process

Ripco is always adapting and innovating our installation process to ensure a strong fence for your specific area. It all starts with our pipe installation. Our installers ensure the pipe is pounded at least 4' into the ground. Next, our collar installation. This is one of the most important parts for strength and an overall straight fence. Bottom collars are set with a stringline to your desired height. Once they are secured with our heavy duty screws, we individually set plum our top collars to ensure a perfectly straight fence! Next, our vinyl posts slides over the top, making certain the tall side on the bottom so you done see any of the ugly galvanized pipe. Each bottom rail is individually measured out and recorded, making every section snug regardless of pipe spacing. Never assume every post is spaced evenly apart! Next, our uchannel is screwed to each post adding additional support against side pressure. Our panels are installed next using the interlock technology to prevent separation in minor ground shifting. The last picket in every section is individually measured and cut to ensure a tight, solid section. Lastly, our top rail is installed and screwed from inside of the post. Voila!

Gate Installation

Ripco uses a unique installation process to ensure a stable and proper gate for years to come! Additional to our pipe installation process, our gate hinge pipe are tamped and have 2' of concrete to support the added weight and abuse a gate typically takes on. Gates larger than 5' wide will also include a sced40 heavy wall pipe. All of our gates are custom made on site and fastened using our unique process to ensure your gate will keep square! All double gates include a removable center post to practically eliminate the chances of a blowout when strong winds come your way!
